AI automation that does the work you still do by hand.
Agents and workflows wired into the tools you already use: answering customers, posting orders to accounting, chasing documents, drafting reports. Built to be checked, not trusted blindly.
What we automate
- Customer replies on WhatsApp, email and chatAn assistant that answers order status, sizing, returns and stock questions from your own data, and hands anything uncertain to a person with the context attached.
- Orders into accountingShopify orders, refunds and gateway payouts posted to your accounting system as correct entries, with tax worked out and mismatches queued for review. This is what our own app does every day.
- Document chasing and intakeAgents that request, receive, read and file the documents a process needs, remind the people who have not sent them, and tell you what is still missing.
- Content and SEO operationsBriefs, drafts, schema, internal links and publishing checks produced in your voice, reviewed by a person before anything goes live.
- Reports you type every weekSales, stock, marketing and finance summaries assembled from your systems on a schedule, in the format your team already reads.
- Internal agents for your teamTools that answer questions over your own documents and data, with permissions, logs and a clear record of what the agent did and why.
Case study
LedgerBridge: Shopify orders posted to Tally Prime, automatically
Indian Shopify stores lose hours every month re-typing orders into Tally and matching gateway payouts by hand. Every order has GST that depends on where the customer is; every refund has to reverse the right entry.
LedgerBridge is our own Shopify app. It works out GST on every order by place of supply, posts orders and refunds to Tally Prime as balanced vouchers, matches Razorpay settlements to orders and bank entries, and produces GSTR-1 data. Anything that does not match goes to an exceptions queue for a person to review, which is the design rule we apply to every automation.
Plainly stated: LedgerBridge supports Tally Prime and Razorpay today and has been production-tested; it is not yet live with a merchant. We show it because we built it and run it, and because it is exactly the kind of automation we build for clients.
Worked out by place of supply on every order
Manual re-typing of orders, refunds or payouts
Every mismatch goes to a human for review
Return data produced from the posted orders
Every automation we build works like this.
The machine handles what it can prove. A person handles the rest. Nothing is guessed silently.
How we build an automation
Map the process first, automate the boring eighty percent, route the rest to a person.
Map the process as it really runs
We sit with the person who does the work today and write down every step, every exception and every tool. The map is the quote.
Build with exceptions in mind
The automation handles the predictable cases; anything uncertain is queued with full context for a human. No agent is allowed to guess silently.
Run it in shadow mode
For the first weeks the automation runs alongside the manual process and we compare results, so you trust it before it is in charge.
Hand over with logs and a kill switch
You get a run log, an owner on your side who can pause it, and documentation. Monthly support if you want someone watching it.
What this is good for
Repetitive work with clear rules and a lot of volume: order handling, customer questions with known answers, document intake, reporting, content operations. The savings are hours per week, and fewer mistakes made at 11 pm.
What this is not
We do not sell an agent that runs your business unsupervised. Models make mistakes, so every automation we ship has a review queue, a log and a person who owns it. If a process has no clear rules, we say so and suggest fixing the process first. For the most common starting point, read WhatsApp automation for ecommerce in 2026.
Questions about AI automation
Which tools can you connect?
Shopify, WordPress, WhatsApp Business, email, Google Sheets and Drive, Tally Prime, Razorpay, most CRMs with an API, and anything else that exposes an API or a file export. If a tool has no API we automate around it and tell you the trade-off.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the task and your data rules. We work with the major hosted models and can run smaller models on your own infrastructure where data cannot leave your systems. The model is a component, not the product.
How do you stop the AI from making things up?
By giving it only your data to answer from, by forcing uncertain cases into a review queue instead of a guess, by logging every action, and by running in shadow mode alongside the manual process before it takes over.
Is my customer data safe?
Data stays in your accounts wherever possible. Where a model provider is used, we choose plans that do not train on your data, and we document exactly what is sent and where. Residency-sensitive work can run on infrastructure you control.
What does an automation cost?
Each automation is scoped and quoted as a fixed price after the process map, with optional monthly support. Model and hosting costs are passed through at cost and estimated up front.
Tell us the task your team hates most.
We map it and tell you honestly whether it should be automated, and what it would cost.
