Custom software, CRM and ERP built on open cores.
When the spreadsheet, the plugin stack or the generic CRM starts costing more than it saves, we build the piece you actually need: with an API, documentation and a handover.
What we build
- White-label CRMA CRM built on an open-source core with its own API, shaped to your pipeline, fields, roles and reports, and branded as yours. For agencies, brokers and sales teams who have outgrown generic tools.
- ERP and back-office modulesOrders, inventory, invoicing, GST and accounting flows that fit how your business actually runs, integrated with the accounting system you already use.
- Shopify and e-commerce appsPrivate and public Shopify apps, storefront integrations and connectors to accounting, logistics and payment systems. We run our own Shopify app, LedgerBridge, in production.
- Integrations and APIsThe glue between your store, your CRM, your accounting and your warehouse: documented, logged and monitored, with exceptions routed to a person.
- Internal tools and dashboardsThe admin screens, approval flows and reports your team needs but no product sells, built fast on proven frameworks.
- Compliance-aware finance toolingTax rules, reconciliations and reporting built in from the start, because our team comes from tax and audit work before it came to software.
Case study
A white-label CRM on an open-source core, with its own API
The brief: a CRM that a business could offer under its own brand, without paying per-seat licences to a US vendor and without being locked to one.
We started from an open-source CRM core rather than a blank page, which gave us a mature data model, permissions and a UI on day one. On top of it we built a separate API layer so other systems, and the client’s own customers, could read and write pipeline data without touching the core. Branding, fields, pipelines and reports were made configurable per tenant.
The result is a CRM the client owns outright, hosted where they choose, extended through an API we documented, and upgradable as the open-source core moves forward.
Of its own, separate from the core, for integrations and customers
Per-seat licence fees to a third-party vendor
Source core, so the client is never locked to us
Branding, hosting and data stay with the client
Also built and run by us
LedgerBridge, a Shopify app for Indian GST and Tally Prime
LedgerBridge works out GST on every Shopify order by place of supply, posts orders and refunds to Tally Prime as balanced vouchers, matches Razorpay settlements to orders and bank entries, and produces GSTR-1 data. Mismatches go to an exceptions queue for review.
It supports Tally Prime and Razorpay today and has been production-tested. We mention it here because building and operating a real app is different from quoting one, and we have done both.
How a software project runs
Short phases, each ending in something you can log into. No six-month silence.
Discovery and a written scope
We map the process, the data and the systems involved, then write a scope with phases, prices and what each phase delivers.
Core first
Pick the open-source core or framework, set up hosting and auth, and get a working skeleton in front of you within the first phase.
Build in releases
Each phase ships a usable release to a staging environment. You test with real data; we fix before moving on.
Documentation and handover
API docs, an architecture note, deployment runbook and admin training. Optional monthly support, but you are never dependent on it.
Questions about custom software
Why build on an open-source core instead of from scratch?
A mature core gives you permissions, a data model, a UI and years of bug fixes on day one. We spend the budget on what is specific to you instead of rebuilding login screens. And you are never locked to us: the core is public, and the code is yours.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we write for you is delivered to your repository, with documentation. Open-source components keep their own licences, which we list in the handover.
Can you integrate with Tally, Zoho, Razorpay or Shopify?
Yes. Shopify, Tally Prime and Razorpay are what our own app integrates with; most systems with an API are in scope. Where there is no API we work with file exports and tell you the trade-off.
How long does a custom CRM or ERP take?
A first working release on an open-source core typically lands in four to eight weeks, with further phases depending on the modules. The scope document states dates and prices per phase.
Where is it hosted?
Wherever you prefer: a cloud provider in your region, or your own servers if data must stay in-house. We set up deployment, backups and monitoring as part of the build.
Describe the tool you wish existed.
We will tell you whether to buy it, build it or fix the process instead.
